100 ml Barker & Quin Indian Tonic or 100ml Sparkling Water
Method: Fill glass with ice cubes to the top, fill in Vermouth and add tonic or water, garnish with orange peel twist

80ml Gin
Method: Combine Gin and Vermouth over high-quality ice, stir, strain, and pour into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist or 3 olives on a toothpick

Method: Pour ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, stir until the glass turns cold, strain and serve in a tumbler with a large ice cube and orange slice

Method: Muddle the lime and basil in a large glass, add ice, pour in Vermouth, stir lightly and garnish with a basil sprig or wedge of lime

2 Slices of Lemon
Method: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to the top, pour in Vermouth and tonic, garnish with lemon slices

Method: Combine Tequila, lime juice in a highball or Collins glass. Fill in Vermouth, add ice, top with grapefruit tonic and garnish with grapefruit slice

15ml Apple Juice
3 Apple Slices
Method: Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice, gently pour into a highball glass with ice, top with tonic and garnish with apple slices
